If you experience a defect in our product within the first year of purchase, simply give us a call and we will either repair or replace the defective product.

Return Policy-

Justrite Bracket Company has complete faith that you will be completely satisfied with your bracket purchase, but if for some reason our bracket is just not for you simply return the bracket within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and you will promptly receive a full refund. (less shipping cost)

Upgrades-

At Justrite Bracket Company we are continuously striving to build the best camera bracket on the market. As a result our product line has seen significant changes over the years, leaving some of our loyal customers wondering how do I get one of those?

In some cases it may be as simple as sending your current “Justrite Bracket” in for a free evaluation. If after inspection we find that your bracket is still compatible with current updates we will call you with an estimate. (Most often your bracket will qualify for our $89.95 overhall promo) Upon approval, we will make the necessary updates. (Usually within 5 work days)

If your bracket is incompatible with recent upgrades or “Seen Better Days” then we will call you with an estimate on a “Loyal Customer” Trade-In Discount on the purchase of a new “Justrite Bracket”
